What is the average shipping time of products?
-Many of our products are shipped from various locations and require different periods of time for shipping depending on the nature of the product. Please confirm your shipping details when checking out.
How will my packages arrive?
-We are blessed to be working directly with partners worldwide in countries such as India, Tibet, USA, and China to create all of our unique collections. This means that our artisans could be shipping your order from different locations, and therefore you may receive multiple packages. All packages will be packed to safely ensure transportation directly to you!
How much is shipping?
-Free. We want to provide the lowest price possible product cost to our customers.

What about Free items?
-We provide free items to our community at no product cost. In order for us to continue providing you excellent products and services we ask that you pay the shipping (9.95).
Why haven't I received a tracking #?
-Many of our packages are sent from international fulfillment centers that do not use the standard tracking such as (UPS/USPS tracking numbers). All packages are tracked internally and you can inquiry about your package status by contacting us through live chat or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) We appreciate your patience as your shipment arrives to your destination.
